Bring your own trunk

Run a full contact centre on the SIP trunk you already have

Point your existing trunk at VoiceConnect and we run the rest: the call menu, the routing, the agent screens, the recording and the reporting. Your carrier stays your carrier.

No contract to move and nothing to renegotiate. Your agents work from the browser or the handsets they already have.

You keep the line. We run everything on top of it.

The split is clean, and it is worth knowing exactly where it falls before you talk to anyone.

What you bring

The line, and the carrier you already use

  • Your SIP trunk, with the carrier you already use
  • Your numbers, on the ranges that trunk already carries
  • Your carrier agreement, untouched — no contract to move and nothing to renegotiate
What we run

Everything else

  • The call flow: IVR menus, business-hours branching, routing rules
  • The agent side: browser softphone, agent dashboards, supervisor tools
  • Everything after the call: recording, transcription, quality scoring, reporting
  • The admin console, where each trunk is restricted to its own number ranges

Nothing here needs new hardware. The trunk you have already terminates somewhere; this changes what it terminates into.

Everything above the line, in one platform

The call menu, the routing, the agent screen, the dialler and the reporting all sit in the same place. No separate dialler vendor, no separate analytics tool to buy.

Visual IVR builder

Drag the steps into place and the call flow is built. Changing a menu later doesn't need a developer.

  • Text-to-speech
  • Keypad menus
  • Business hours
  • Webhooks

Intelligent call routing

Round robin, longest idle, skills-based or sticky agent. Skills carry a proficiency level, so a caller who needs a specific language and billing gets someone with both.

  • Skills-based
  • Sticky agent
  • Warm transfer
  • Callbacks
  • SLA tracking

Softphone or your own handset

A softphone runs inside the agent dashboard with nothing to install. Agents who prefer a desk phone get SIP credentials and register their own.

  • Browser softphone
  • Desk phones
  • Softphone apps

Outbound campaigns

Progressive, predictive and preview dialling are included, so a dialler is not another line on the invoice. Do-Not-Call lists are enforced on every campaign.

  • Predictive dialling
  • CSV / Excel import
  • DNC enforcement

Voice surveys

Reach the customers who would never fill in a form. Trigger surveys by SMS after a call, and let AI summarise the answers in aggregate.

  • SMS triggers
  • AI aggregate analysis
  • No agent time

AI call analysis

Every call is transcribed, scored for quality, checked for sentiment and summarised. Supervisors see which calls need attention instead of sampling at random.

  • Transcription
  • Sentiment
  • Quality score
  • Dispositions

Supervisor tools

Listen in silently, whisper to an agent mid-call, or join the call outright. A live wallboard shows the queues and who is free.

  • Silent listen
  • Whisper
  • Barge-in
  • Live wallboard

Every call on the customer record

Connect KOVA IQ and the caller is identified before your agent speaks, with their open tickets already on the agent's screen. The call is written back to their timeline afterwards.

  • Caller screen-pop
  • AI copilot
  • Customer 360 timeline
  • Ticket per call

Multi-tenant and white-label

Run several businesses on one platform, each with its own agents, numbers, queues and billing. This is what BPOs and resellers use.

  • Per-client isolation
  • Separate billing
  • White-label

One platform, and every client's numbers stay where they belong

Each trunk is restricted to its own number ranges. A BPO running campaigns for clients in Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa gives each one its own trunk, and the numbers cannot cross.

Per-trunk number ranges

You set the ranges yourself in the admin console. Adding a client takes minutes, and nobody has to be asked.

  • Admin console
  • Self-serve

Separated end to end

Agents, queues, recordings and billing stay apart per client, the same way the numbers do.

  • Per-client isolation
  • Separate billing

Your brand, not ours

White-label, so each client sees the platform under your name rather than Arkesel's.

  • White-label
  • Your domain

Running one of these already, or thinking about it? Our guide to running a white-label contact centre goes through what the model involves.

A plan for every stage

Running in Ghana as well, or instead?

Ghana

We can supply the numbers and the connection

In Ghana there is no trunk for you to arrange. The numbers and the connection come with the service, toll-free included, and the Ghana page sets out what that involves.

  • Numbers supplied with the service
  • Nothing to arrange with a carrier
  • Toll-free numbers available

Questions we get asked

My business is in Nigeria. Can I use VoiceConnect?+
If you already hold a SIP trunk with a carrier there, yes. You point it at the platform and run on it. The line itself stays with your carrier: Arkesel supplies numbers and the connection in Ghana only, so elsewhere that side is arranged with the provider you already use. If you do not have a trunk yet, a local carrier is where that starts.
What has to be in place before we start?+
A SIP trunk you already hold, and the numbers on it. The rest is ours. How your particular trunk gets connected depends on your carrier, so that part gets settled with the team rather than from a page.
Does bringing our own trunk change which plan we need?+
No. Every plan runs on your own trunk, from Survey Lite up to Enterprise. What separates the plans is concurrent calls and features, not how the line arrives.
Who do we contact when something is wrong with the line itself?+
Your carrier, because the trunk is theirs. Anything above the line is ours: routing, agents, recordings, reporting. Worth knowing before you sign, because it is the one support boundary that moves when you bring your own trunk instead of taking numbers from us.
Do the AI voice agents and call analysis still work on our own trunk?+
Yes. The platform is the same however the call arrives. AI voice agents, transcription, sentiment and quality scoring all behave the same way. The main VoiceConnect page covers them in full.
